Over the past month, I have been swooning over all the innovative and fantabulous designs that have graced the runways whether it be at this year’s New York Fashion Week or the recent Paris Fashion Week. Many of my updates have been from Brittany, who happens to be one of my favorite bloggers, and her blog can be found here as well as numerous others such as Leonie whose blog can be found here. When styling outfits to tour the many shows throughout each day, an important trend seemed to be comfort due to all the walking and sitting. Although each of the outfits I pictured include heels, they are ones of which I can walk in for hours on end which is essential. Evidently these four outfits are not complete as most are missing things such as bags and throw-overs/ jackets, however this is a glimpse into items that I would have definitely considered given the chance to attend a show (or two!). Due to being a student, tickets were not in my financial budget and most of these items are far to much to wear on a regular school day, so I thought this would be a great opportunity to showcase them! None of the brands mentioned are sponsored except for Plato’s Closet of which I am the brand ambassador for, however each one mentioned is one that I recommend. Also, I never got a chance to formally discuss my hair transformation, but I am in the process of donating thirteen inches (round two!), so I will be sharing a post soon on my experience.
Booties: I bought them a few years ago & they are surprisingly super comfy. I found almost the exact pair here
Watch: Sold old, similar cheap but expensive looking one found here
Oversize Flannel: Urban Heritage size L
This plaid shirt was way too big on me so I decided it could be worn as dress. I can’t find this one now however you can find one here and here. Originally I bought it from Plato’s Closet for $8, for more awesome finds like this their website is here.
Cropped Floral Top: Garage, bought a year ago so some other cute top inspirations with these types of pants can be seen
Wedges: Le Château available here, they’re on sale (cheaper then when I bought them!)
Floral Maxi Romper (this is an actual thing, is it not gorgeous and totally practical!): discontinued, but other options can be seen
Wedges: mentioned above
Sending love around the world,
